Our Process
Commitment fee
With the direction set, a commitment fee begins the detailed design. It is deducted in full from the final amount.
Design and approval
We select the stays, transport and experiences, then present your itinerary and its quotation. We refine it together until it's right.
Pre-trip concierge
45 days before departure, you receive the full program and our selection of addresses. Our concierge remains yours for any booking or special request.
Support during your trip
On the ground, a local contact reachable around the clock. Whatever happens, your journey keeps its flow and its calm.
