Terms & Conditions

Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Ame du Nil and its clients for all travel services organized in Egypt.
Booking
Any booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total trip price. The booking is considered final after written confirmation from us.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in euros or US dollars per quotation. They include the services explicitly listed in the travel program. International flights are not included unless otherwise stated.
Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before departure. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at confirmation.
Liability
Ame du Nil acts as a local organizer. Our liability is limited to services directly provided by our team. We accept no liability for force majeure events, political unrest, or government decisions affecting travel.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Luxor, Egypt, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
